Electrical insulation enamels, pastes, heat-conducting pastes

Electrical insulation enamels’ application is electric machines protection from the impact of low and high temperatures, moisture, acids, salts and other aggressive materials. Semi-conductive enamels are applied in high-voltage machines to ensuring electric field alignment and remove induced charge out of the insulation surface. Masctics are intended for surface leveling prior to application of tapes and enamel, slot wedges enforcement and spaces filling.

Electric insulation enamels:

Applied for creation of the protective and electric insulation coating. Enamel POLITERM 943 possesses heat resistance.

Semi-conducting enamels:

Intended for electric field alignment in the electric insulation systems and removal of induced charge from the insulation surface.

Mastics and pastes:

Mastics is applied for enforcement of slot wedges, filling of spaces in the front part and surface leveling prior to enamel application Pastes MET-155\180 intended for crack-resistant and low shrinking insulation, MKP-303 was disigned for additional thermal resistance.
